Medium rate of evaporation to allow paint to flow
Great for brushing or roll and tip applications
Can be used for a solvent wash prior to paint application
Not compatible with water based varnishes and bottom paints
Not for use for spray applications can adversely affect adhesion
by trapping solvents between coats
