Over 80 people participated in the weeklong promotion at Budget Marine giving customers the chance to win a sporty Gill Watch. The winner, Clement Golaz, was picked live over the air by Radio host Dr. Soc from Island 92, the rock, blues and good time radio and Ellen Van Holland-Little from Budget Marine.
