Budget Marine Grenada now offers a free weekly bus service every Saturday to accommodate boaters wanting to visit the store. It will commence on Saturday July 2nd, 2016 from Whisper Cove Marina at 9:30 am, with further collection points at Nimrod’s near the Woburn dock at 9:40am and also at the entrance to Clarkes Court Boatyard and Marina at 9:50am. The bus will first stop at Budget Marine Grenada so the passengers can enjoy uninterrupted time in the store and as a bonus the bus will then stop at ACE hardware before heading back to the pickup points.
Nicholas George says: ‘We do not want to limit the stops to just Budget Marine and we think that offering the ACE stop will show our willingness to give back to the cruising community and in one way or the other ensure they can knock off their entire shopping list every Saturday.’ A quick look at the map showing the bus route and the numerous anchorages from which it will draw customers, shows why it is likely that this generous offer will be taken up by many cruisers in both the upcoming hurricane and the popular sailing seasons.
