Shear Loaded Mountings
Low height engine mounts available with 5/8″ or 3/4″ UNF studs. Rubber stiffnes is designed to give good vibration damping in vertical and lateral directions while giving stiffer damping parallel to the crankshaft for better propeller thrust control. A special oil shield protects the rubber mount against fuel and oil & the failsafe design holds the engine captive in the unlikely event the rubber element should fail.
