Stuffing Boxes provide a watertight seal where the propeller shaft exits the hull. Vital for preventing leaks, these components are built to handle constant motion and wear Choose quality stuffing boxes to keep bilges dry and maintain smooth shaft rotation.

Dripless Moldable Packing, when properly installed, molds to the inside of the stuffing box. This creates a seal in the stuffing box which eliminates the need for water. One size fits most shafts up to 1-1/4” (32 mm). Kit contains Syntef shaft lubricant to reduce friction and 4 moldable sticks. The proper installation of this kit requires a package of conventional square braid shaft packing of the proper size for your stuffing box (not included in this kit).
