Smoothly styled external hinge enables the hatch to be opened, closed and positioned with one hand. No struts or knobs to fiddle with. Inside handles are comfortable to use and feature locks which cannot be forced from the outside. Ventilation-hatch can be positioned to allow air circulation without allowing access from outside or rain/sea water below.
